1. Place your music CDs (without jewel case or artwork) in the mailer provided, or in any package, and mail them to:

2. PLACE YOUR CORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS anywhere inside your package.

 

3. We will e-mail you a Coupon Code for $1.00 in credit for each music CD returned + a shipping reimbursement to be used to purchase music CDs & DVDs on MisterHappys.com.

 

Before you mail in your Music CDs make sure:

 

• You have a Minimum of 5 CDs or more.

 

• There are no more than 3 of the same copies of any one title.

 

• No DVDs, scratched or damaged music CDs, CD-Rs, CD-singles or Promotional CDs will be accepted for credit. If they are sent, you will not be credited for them, but they will be properly recycled.

Shipping Reimbursement Chart:

 

5 CDs = additional $1.50 credit

6-10 CDs = $1.95 credit.

11-15 CDs = $2.45 credit.

16-20 CDs = $3.00 credit.

21-25 CDs = $3.50 credit.
